Emails are considered as most important part of communication. For every communication user needs a secure and trustworthy application. As I say secure and trustworthy application first word come in my mind is Microsoft. User may be thinking why I choose Microsoft i e is explained below?

Emails are categorized as desktop email application and web based email application. There is no doubt on ongoing popularity of email services provided by Microsoft. There are many applications invented by Microsoft and most of user love to use MS-Outlook. Let’s have a look on MS-Outlook. 

Web based email application: Gmail, Yahoo and Bing

Why desktop over web mail application?

Internet Availability: Web name clearly indicates the need of Internet to run web-based applications. Every time user is not assuring about
availability of internet connections. There are many scenarios (traveling, holiday’s hours) when there is no internet connectivity.
It is also possible due to certain circumstances like poor weather conditions, technical faults there is no access of internet connections. In that case web based user will be in a big trouble.

Speed: Web based applications are completely depend upon internet connection. To work uninterrupted user need a good internet speed. But there are few reasons due to which user faces slow speed of internet:

Backup Facility: We are familiar with the client server model of email. We know well store house of web based mail is server. It is not possible for user to access server itself. Data Security: Our basic purpose of using email application is data security. We all are aware of word hacking. It is easier to hack user data online. That is why using web application user must be more attentive. There is more risk on working online. User is advised not to put sensitive data on web based mail.
