After choosing email application client surely will face problems in migration. In my post I will discuss in brief about all steps required for MBOX to PST file conversion. • Start Mozilla Thunderbird application
• Now open the message folder that you want to export
• Select the message you want to export
• Select multiple emails or items using ctrl commands
Tips: There is one more option to choose all al emails in a single click. Use command “Ctrl+A"
• Do right click on selected emails and select option "Save As" from menu
• To save message in EML folder select option save the messages as EML files and also select "Select Folder" to export message.
• Start Microsoft Outlook application
• Repeat the same process as mentioned above i.e.
• Do right click on Outlook folder then select "New Folder” from context menu
• Rename New folder by entering "Name" in box
• Click OK to create folder
• Now select New folder. Don’t get shocked if you don’t find any emails. There is a reason behind that new folder don’t contain any emails.
• Now, using Ctrl+A command select all emails that you exported from Thunderbird.
• Using drag method drag all emails to middle pane of Outlook
• Now it’s time to Import all emails in to new folder.
• Wait till Import process complete.
• After completion of process open the folder to see all emails.
Word of Caution
Before performing above mentioned steps I advised user to take backup of their mail box data. Here back up is necessary as there is no assurance of any data security during conversion process. To avoid data loss during MBOX file conversion choose third party tools
