2: Press Alt+Tab to verify that if there any dialog box is not open.

Steps to Repair your Outlook 2016 Installation

1: Click start and search for “Program & Features” (Windows 10 only)
2: Now select MS Office and then click on change option.
3: A new dialog box appears, then select ‘Quick Repair’ option, if this will unable to resolve the issue, so you can select Online Repair
(Online Repair takes more time but gives good result in comparison to Quick Repair. All is that it is time consuming.


Solution 2: Create a new Outlook Profile

If the above Methods are not effective, then you have to create a new Outlook profile which stores settings and user information. To create a new profile, follow the below steps:
1:  Click on the start and Open the Control Panel.
2: A new dialog box appears then click On Control Panel option and select All Control Panel.
3: Click on the Mail (MS Outlook 2016)
4: Now select the option ‘Show Profiles’.
5: Check the option Prompt for a profile to be used.
